HebTech Model 5012-06XR, High Resolution Digital Ohmmeter, 4 1/2 Digit Display

The HebTech Rack Mount Limit-Sensing Ohmmeter - Model 5012-06XR is designed for production resistance testing in an industrial environment.  It is a high-resolution, digital ohmmeter that couples laboratory precision with the durability and reliability needed by industry.  


The use of a four terminal Kelvin resistance measurement system eliminates the inaccuracies introduced by test lead resistance.   When a large number of similar components are to be tested, high and low resistance limits are set using front panel thumbwheels.  Indicator lamps light when a component's resistance is above, below or within test limits.  An output relay is triggered to permit the automate rejection of unacceptable components.  The Model 5012-06XR makes 100% production testing practical, simple and economical without giving up accuracy and resolution.  Built in RS232 serial port included for data logging.

The HebTech Rack Mount Digital Resistance Tester - Model 5050-06XR is designed for high resolution, production resistance testing in an industrial environment.  As a high resolution digital ohmmeter, the Model 5050-06XR couples laboratory precision with the durability and low cost required by industrial resistance testing applications. 


 By using a four wire, Kelvin based, resistance measurement system, the Model 5050-06XR eliminates the inaccuracies introduced by test lead and contact resistance.  With the RS-232 computer interface, it can readily be integrated with in-plant computers for automated testing and data acquisition.   It is also extremely economical when use for spot checks or short production runs.

The HebTech Rack-Mount Digital Milliohm Meter - Model 5060-06XR is designed for high resolution, production resistance testing of very low resistances in an industrial environment. As a high resolution, digital ohmmeter, the Model 5060-06XR couples laboratory precision with the durability and low cost required by industrial resistance testing applications. 


By using a four wire, Kelvin based, resistance measurement system, the Model 5060-06XR eliminates the inaccuracies introduced by test lead and contact resistance. A Kelvin connection is absolutely required for reliable measurement of resistances in the milliohm ranges. With the built-in RS-232 computer interface, it can readily be integrated with in-plant computers for automated testing and data acquisition. It is also extremely economical when used for spot checks or short production runs.


The Model 5060-06XR makes 100% production testing practical, simple, and economical without giving up superior accuracy and high resolution. The ability to accurately measure resistances as low as 2 milli-ohms (.002Ω full-scale) with a resolution of 1 micro-ohm, this is a perfect choice for measuring connector and switch resistance, wiring harnesses, motor commutators and other challenging low resistance production items.
